Europe-1. Terribly dirty rooms. They sell all-inclusive travel packages. In fact, full board: three meals a day and bottled chacha and wine in the gazebo on site. The tour operator assured me that everything was not so bad, it was Abkhazia, but when I entered the room of the Europa-2 building (a clean new room WHERE the floor is washed EVERY day), I realized that there was no need for Abkhazia here, it was just an old and dead building that had to be repaired long ago. The buffet is normal, not super tasty, but edible. The appetite disappears the moment you see someone reaching into the food with their hands, no one is watching (they ate mostly in cafes). A gazebo where wine is served in a separate trash can, drunken pensioners are hanging on the walls (blood from the eyes). It was the hotel that ruined the whole impression of incredibly beautiful nature and rest in general. I strongly advise against it, it is better to pay extra, but live in another place.

The staff is very polite, the food is excellent, varied, the rooms are clean, the pool is warm, the hotel has a 24-hour lobby bar, near the market, shops, excursions.in general, everything you need for a good rest.
