Employees refuse to introduce themselves, giving only their first name. I would like to specifically write the full name of the employee so that the management can figure it out, but alas, the last name is not called. Please take action! And of course, I would like the mail to work as it should., or I will have to use the services of others.

The schedule is indicated on the website until 21:00, a parcel arrived a couple of days ago, I wanted to pick it up, I went to the point by 19 with something and they were already closed. The next morning I had to leave the city before Saturday. I think okay, I'll be back by 19 on Saturday and pick it up, but it wasn't there. Schedule changes again. A message arrives in Viber that they are open on December 30 until 15:00. How to pick up a parcel is a question ...?!
Many people work until 19 and such a schedule is extremely inconvenient! Especially when it was initially stated that the point is open at 21:00…
