To date, a permanent work schedule has been established, respectful employees, and generally a good department!Neat, clean!Before that, there were difficulties with work hours, sometimes not very polite service (guy). I am pleased that all these points have been taken into account and the department has adjusted its work to the proper level!

I was so glad when I found out that we have a branch of European Post in our area. The staff is friendly, they work promptly. But there is a HUGE disadvantage – this is the work schedule. Sun-Mon weekend. And on other days: until 19:00. On some days, they reduce the schedule to 14-15 hours of the day. It's very inconvenient! You constantly have to change your plans, adjusting to this "wonderful" schedule. I hope it will work in the near future in the usual mode for Euromail: until 21:00 and seven days a week. If this does not change, it will be easier to travel to other departments that are operating normally, without such "surprises". That's why I essentially take down the stars.

I do not advise anyone to come here, the staff does not care, rude attitude and boorish behavior. I've been using Euromail for the first time and, of course, I don't understand a lot. They didn't explain anything to me and responded rudely to requests for help. I hope this place will be closed or the staff will be changed. Especially the guy who works there
