When there are two people, it is possible not to detain people and pack the parcel properly, and ask how to fill out the application when using the mail service for the first time. Terrible service , they refused to sell their package for packaging, although my parcel was already packed with a package, they insisted on selling only the box or refusing to accept the parcel. The attitude towards customers was terrible, while there were several people who accepted their parcels in euro mail packages. I do not advise you to go to this pick-up point at all, or pack it very carefully so that employees do not see what is in your packages.

There are constant queues at the pick-up point. The woman on the issue expresses her opinion where it is not necessary. She expressed a claim for receiving cash on delivery in the amount of 6 rubles, like "they could have saved up, and only then take it away" That's why I lowered the rating, select staff better. Look for more polite or stress-resistant people

In general, if you send / receive everything in one package, then they work very quickly, but you can get stuck for an hour or more....

Although it is convenient for me to get to this place, queues often gather at the post office. And because of the proximity of the store's cash registers, sometimes a whole crowd turns out. I still don't know how I want, is it really difficult to tell? she asked me what I should pay extra for, the answer was: "Girl, how about what, for the weight" In fact, it turned out that I had to register on the Internet, and I can't send anything at all, I was sent home. At home, it already turned out that registration would take 5 minutes on the spot, after which it would be possible to safely send the parcel. As a result, it was not possible to use the service, I recommend reviewing the selection of staff, not only did I not send the parcel, but also this unpleasant woman spoiled my mood for the whole day

The pick-up point is not bad, convenient location. However, there is a problem with packages for customers picking up parcels not from emol. Is it really so difficult to introduce paid packages if it's a pity to provide free ones (which are intended only for those who pick up parcels from emol)?! It turns out that after taking the parcel, there is nowhere to throw the boxes, but you need to take them with you, find where to throw them away, but they will not give you a package so that it is convenient to take the box out of the OPS, but they will tell you to buy at the euroopt checkout. It's kind of funny and sad at the same time that the package spoils the overall impression of OPS.
