10.07 I received a message on Viber that I can pick up the parcel, on 11.07 at 9.40 am I come to this pick-up point, but it turns out it is closed and all the parcels have moved to another point, of course I should have guessed this judging by the communication with the girl. No notification, no warning, nothing. She just confronts the fact and does it as if I owe her. It's me who has to run after my parcel for which I pay money. Disgusting attitude and spoiled mood. This is the last time I use their services, there have been minor problems before, but at least they warned that the point does not work on this or another day at such and such a time.
