The guy took the parcel, put it on the scales and began to arrange it. But then a girl jumped up and started shouting that the package would not be accepted. Behaved inappropriately. She began to demand to pack European Mail in a box. But the goods were packed in a black courier bag. He was not fragile. Do the employees have a plan to sell the boxes? I don't recommend this place.

Until today, I rated the work of Euromail at 4 with a minus. Mainly due to the frequent queues due to one employee at two equipped workplaces. Today it's time to change your mind about the service as a whole. I had an emergency situation - there was a suspicion that the parcel left at the PVZ was picked up by one of the visitors. There was no response after the initial application in the feedback form - the standard review period is 3-5 days. However, after calling the support service and explaining the importance of a quick reaction, the check was carried out with lightning speed. Literally 5 minutes later, they called me back and gave me COMPREHENSIVE information on my situation. I would like to express my immense gratitude to everyone who has shown assistance. Including an employee of the Molodechno PVZ at 17A Budavnikov St. (phone number 33 326 **-10 ), and Vitaly, an employee from another city, who replaced the employees on June 29 in Molodechno (029 707-**-87 ) . And to all the girls in the call center, and in general to everyone. Thank you very much.
