I can't even rate the work of Euromail by one star, it will be too much.
At 9:00 on December 8, 2023, an SMS arrived that you can pick up the parcel.
Upon arriving for the parcel, it turned out that the OPS was closed (Sharkovshchina) on December 8, 2023, as reported in an SMS 7 hours after the SMS about receipt.
After calling the operator, it turned out that my parcel had been sent to a nearby OPS in Glubokoe, a distance of 50 km.
To my question why they did not specify the address where to redirect the shipment, the answer was simple, that this function is not provided 🫣😁
And when asked how to pick up a shipment that is 50 km away from me, the answer was that it was not their problem.

The Euromail service is a complete failure.I have never seen such a disdainful attitude towards customers.On April 29, I sent a gift by Euromail - an air humidifier.The parcel has not progressed beyond the sorting shop.They answered my calls: "Write claims through the form on the website."The department told me that they could not help me in any way.I wrote three! claims via the reverse form of the Euromail website.

I thought Belpost was a delivery horror. It turned out that Belpost is Super!! Compared to Euromail. The parcel from China arrived in Minsk at the center. The warehouse was opened on May 20 and disappeared safely. A lot of phone calls, four letters, two complaints, and silence in response. The support service sends requests somewhere(7) and that's it. As it was written above, they would not have taken on parcels from Ali Express.

I got acquainted with this delivery recently. I sent the parcel myself a couple of times in Belarus, there seemed to be no questions. However, I decided to order delivery through them with Ozone. So if you chose courier delivery and the sender messed up with the address, then you can only change the address to pickup (although it was clearly visible that the address was incorrect, but why think-it's so difficult). Then, changing the delivery to pickup from OPS, I had to wait for the parcel to reach OPS (it took 10 days! Karl, 10! With wildberries, they will be delivered from Mars faster). All this time there have been attempts to contact colo-centrol, then it does not raise, then the waiting time is half an hour, but there is zero sense, they say wait for SMS. As a result, I also had to pay for the storage of the goods, i.e. you can deliberately not carry the parcel for a long time to OPS and hop you get the money. In short, the most scammers!

The parcel was packed in its original packaging (cardboard box), placed with cellophane, all details were fixed, as well as the parcel was packed in an additional cardboard package and sealed with tape. A few hours before shipment, I stopped by the department and clarified what kind of packaging should be, I was recommended to pack the goods in an additional cardboard package on top of the factory one, which I did, as well as packed with additional cellophane for reliability. The parcel was not accepted from me with the comment that it should be packed in a film “with pimples”.
1. The question of why I had sent parcels up to this point, including those marked “fragile” and there were no questions, I was never answered. We ship DAILY.
2. When asked where the information is that the product should be packed EXCLUSIVELY in a film “with pimples”, the answer was received that this was “not a public order from the authorities" (quote). In this case, I do not understand at all how the term “non-public order” applies to the work of a serious organization

Several times, over the past month, I have encountered a return of goods through this department, the goods are returned to you in a battered, often not in a saleable form, at best the packaging is dented, at worst, damaged, torn, it is cut, respectively, the product is also damaged, it is not possible to sell it. It feels like the employees are playing football with your package. To the question of what to do with the goods that are returned in such a terrible form, the employees of Europost have a good answer that they are not responsible, they do not bear responsibility, if you want to take it, if you want to throw it away. If you do not lose hope that your shipment should arrive intact, send it marked “fragile”, otherwise there are no guarantees. But this service is much more expensive than regular shipping and, as it turned out, also has a lot of nuances.
