Общалась с менеджером Натальей, расчёт по маршруту Пулково- Выборгский район подготавливали 3 часа. Расчёт предоставили в 3 раза дороже чем у конкурентов, после уточнения верно ли понят мой запрос, мне ответили что я могу обраться в Яндекс.такси, там дешевле. Полная незаинтересованность в клиенте и желание избавиться от заказа, несмотря на то что интересовало сотрудничество на постоянной основе.
