I do NOT recommend the store very much. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone in September 2022. There was no word that it was used. It was offered as new. He began to check. It immediately caught my eye that the back side was covered in small scratches and fingerprints, the phone itself was without films, there were also traces of fingers of recent use on the screen. That is, it's as if they took it from somewhere right now and brought it to me, turning it off and putting it in a box. Not only did he not pull for a new one, but he just wasn't in any place. I asked to see another one, so that it was really new, in a sealed box. The seller took this phone and went to look for another one. A few minutes later, another one was brought. Apparently, the request to find a new one was simply ignored. They brought used ones again. His condition was much better than the previous one, I decided to examine and decide whether to take it or not. The back side was unscarred, but the fingers were still there, the phone was on the hands. There were still no films. The phone is grey because it is intended for the Hong Kong region. We were looking for this particular model, there was a choice from two more stores, but, as always happens, everything coincided so that the phone was needed as a gift and it had to be bought on that day, because the next day we had to leave with a gift to another city. I decided to take it here, because no critical problems were found during on-site inspection. Well, since I'm writing this review and the score is 1, then everything is kind of clear. When I arrived home and started setting up, I found a burnout at the bottom of the display. And it's obvious that Instagram was constantly running on this phone, because the icons at the bottom of the display were left from it. I began to check the main functions. I inserted a SIM card, called and it turned out that they could hear me as if I was underwater or swallowing words. A microphone defect has been revealed. I contacted the "SC" (which was the second serious mistake, this "SC" is one room of 2x5 size), which was indicated in the warranty card issued by the seller. He stated all the defects found (burnout of the display and microphone) and believed that it would simply be repaired and the story would end there. Here all the fun began - I was pickled. SC has not contacted me about the fate of this phone for 2 months(!). No need to say here that this is my interest and I had to control everything, who does what and how. I am a buyer and a customer, not a controller. The SC has a duty that the SC doesn't give a damn about. As a result, I arrived at this "SC" and found out on the spot that the phone had been "ready for a long time", but they simply could not reach me. Everyone else could, but "SC" couldn't. You can request a printout of all calls from the provider and verify the "truthfulness" of the words "SC", that they tried, but failed. They couldn't because they didn't call. The microphone was "repaired" for me (in quotes, because it will be more detailed later). They said "you're a fool" on the display, I was using the phone so crookedly. Although I indicated in the statement that this burnout was detected immediately after purchase. The result is the same - I took the phone and went to the seller. I wrote a statement at the point of sale, which was in the subway crossing (how could you think of buying a phone there...) on the Stone Hill. Now this point has already been predicted. The seller replied, the answer is still the same, I'm a fool, the seller has nothing to do with it, everything is according to the law, etc., etc. I realized (it's a pity that only now) that this office is a complete charade. I took my phone and went to an authorized Sasmung shopping center. I was diagnosed there (there are documents) and it was proved that, firstly, the microphone was not repaired for me, the defect is still present, secondly, the back cover was glued to me simply on double-sided masking tape, thirdly, there is no buyer's fault in the burnout of the display (!). At this point in time, a comment has been written in their book of comments and suggestions, which is also another quest to find. Themselves (Eurosetbay LLC) you won't find it, they rent a legal address, again a 2x5 office, on Olshevsky Street. There is currently only one way out of the whole story - the court. During the whole process, enough documents and facts of violations on the part of the seller have been collected, I do not understand why they need a showdown for 1300 rubles when in court (I already found out) they will lose, almost one hundred percent. As a result, they will pay even more than the cost of this non-telephone.
The director of this wonderful LLC is Derman Inessa Leonidovna. Judging by the social networks, it is clear that with the money received for burnt devices from loshki, among whom I was, it is not unfortunate, you can go to America and just have a great life. And you don't need to deal with work matters, you can just file for bankruptcy in the end and come out a winner. And then a new LLC and new loshki.
There were already entries in the book of comments and suggestions with almost the same stories as mine. That is, this is their usual scheme to push pale and then say that the buyer is a sucker, not the seller is bad. Who is in a similar situation with this office or with another - go straight to court, especially if there are documents and recorded facts of violations. Solve the issue faster and you will not get into a situation like I am now, because the site of this Euroset is disabled and there is a possibility that the seller will undergo or is already undergoing liquidation of a legal entity. I can stay with a "cool" phone in my hands and with a lot of experience about doing business in the Republic of Belarus with various charades-offices. Beaver to all.

Магазин прислал товар ровно так как и обещал по времени, заняло это несколько дней через БелПочту.
Но, из недостатков, консультант сказал что перед оплатой на почте можно будет осмотреть товар, но это сделать нельзя было потому что магазин не добавил на посылку стикер хрупкая, соответственно осмотреть можно было только после оплаты.
Далее при проверке аппарата обнаружилось что это демонстрационный образец который предназначен для витрины магазина не для продажи (demo, not for sale) консультант в магазине это не сообщил при оформлении.
Далее при включении телефона оказалось что телефон рутирован - это опять же консультантом не было озвучено. По умолчанию телефон не должен быть рутирован потому что некоторые программы на Самсунге такие как Samsung Pass не работают при этом.
Фото не добавляю так как внешне телефон как новый, коробка только была не запечатана, блок питания был немного поцарапан, видно что собирают комплект из остатков.
В целом не рекомендую, лучше обратится в другой магазин где говорят о товаре так как оно есть, без недоговаривания.

Покупала телефон в этом магазине, продавец очень дружелюбный и внимательный, предложил плёнку и чехол к покупке, сделал скидку на них. Телефон отличный, работает как нужно, с гарантией, всё как надо. Буду покупать ещё в этом магазине!
