Great hotel! Located in the heart of the Ottoman Empire, most of the attractions are within walking distance. Near the port, tram, metro. You can get anywhere in Istanbul. The staff is amazing, they will always tell you and come to the rescue, our shower was leaking, but the administrator Timur fixed the leak with lightning speed. You can always ask for help with choosing walks and excursions! Rooms are cleaned on demand, everything is clean. The rooms are not large, but in general they are only needed for overnight stays! The rest was wonderful! Every morning for breakfast you go to the upper floor to the terrace, where you can already say "Good morning, Istanbul!" A wonderful hotel. I booked a month before the trip, the prices for accommodation were cheaper than others in the same area. I didn't lose my choice. A cozy, clean room.For breakfast, omelets, boiled eggs, vegetables, herbs, cheeses, sausages, desserts, fruits (orange and apple) are provided as standard. We took an excursion from the hotel to the Princes' Islands. There was no excitement. Ships depart from the marina to the same islands for a lower price. The main attractions are within walking distance. We also walked to Istiklal Street. I will also recommend Yildiz Park. It is not popular among tourists, as it is far from the center. On the sixth day of my stay, I wanted a new location.

In principle, a normal hotel if you are going to Istanbul for a couple of days.
There is everything you need and at a reasonable price. There are Russian-speaking staff, so there will be no problems with solving the issues. The most important advantage is the location. Within 5-10 minutes walking distance of all the main attractions, if necessary, and public transport stops are at hand.
The hotel itself, of course, has something that could be improved. But we must understand that then the price is likely to rise, so let everything stay there as it is.

I booked an economy without a window, it's better to pay extra and order with a window. The room is very small, it was very stuffy in it, so I always turned on the air conditioner. The hotel is located in the historical part of the city. I went out, walked for two or three minutes: and here is Gulkhane Park, and next to it is the Sultan Topkapi Palace, a little more - and Hagia Sophia, Sultanahmet Square, and the Blue Mosque open. The staff is polite, attentive, there are Russian speakers. We had breakfast (buffet) on the sixth floor, overlooking the quarter. Everything is delicious and fresh. Besides coffee, coffee is weak. It's better to take tea, it's tart and invigorating.
The rooms are good, for the price. But be prepared for the evening noise outside the window (there is no complete sound insulation). However, the key to a good sleep is to walk well during the day. Then no noise is a hindrance.
In general, the main advantage is the convenient location. And there are no special disadvantages.

Остановилась одна, район очень нравится, рядом метро и доступные все достопримечательности. В номере все очень чисто и уютно. Завтраки самые лучшие, в сравнении где я ещё была, очень большой шведский стол. Персонал очень хороший, общительный, но в самом отеле никакой активности нет. Так как я одна, было немножко скучно, может быть что-то можно придумать с этим. И также хотелось бы вечером посидеть около отеля попить чай, но в холе и на улице места очень мало. Также доп.продукции я не увидела, постоянно ходила в магазин.

Расположение: 5+, рядом, в шаговой доступности, парк и набережная с бомбическим видом на Босфор. Очень уютный и живописный туристический квартал с миллионом кафешек и узкими киношными улочками.
Персонал: вполне отзывчивый, некоторые говорят на русском, но лично мне было проще общаться на английском.
Номер: крошечный, но нам с женой на несколько ночей в Стамбуле более чем хватило. Собственно мы только ночевать приходили, всё остальное время на экскурсиях. Номер чистенький, аккуратный.
Завтрак: ложка дегтя лично для меня. Я привык в таких поездках наедаться утром от живота, чтобы потом спокойно гулять на экскурсиях, не думая о еде. Тут наедаться получалось с трудом: достаточно ограниченный выбор и некоторые продукты были, как бы сказать, загулявшие что ли. Жена успокоила, сказав, что качество соответствует цене отеля. Может быть.
В целом отелем остался доволен. Рекомендую

I really liked the hotel. There was a small "jamb" - my friend and I were put in a room with one bed, although it was stated that 2 separate beds were needed. The next day we were offered to move into a 3-bed room. The third bed was made as a sofa. The staff is very friendly. Special thanks to Timur. However, the other receptionists were very friendly (Google translator to help everyone). The breakfasts are great. Fruits/vegetables/cheeses ...It is impossible to list everything. And every day some new dish is added.

Уютный маленький отель, недалеко от станции метро и остановки трамвая. Очень вежливые портье, которые встречают на дороге и помогают дотащить чемоданы, говорят на хорошем английском, а один даже по-русски. Номера небольшие, но уютные, хороший ортопедический матрас, небольшие подушки. В номере небольшой холодильник, сейф, кондиционер. Завтраки однообразные, но вкусные, неделю продержаться можно. Давали шикарные арбузы, дыни и апельсины, а также прекрасный густой йогурт. Обязательно - омлет и отварные яйца, помидоры, листья салата и ассорти великолепных маслин и оливок. Великолепный свежезаваренный турецкий чай, очень насыщенный, хороший капуччино в кофемашине. Нам понравилось, в следующий раз опять остановимся здесь.

A very nice, small, cozy hotel in the old part of the city. Clean. Wonderful breakfasts. They clean on demand, we didn't need to. We only came to spend the night. The location is excellent. All the sights are nearby: 5-10 minutes walk. If we ever come to Istanbul again, we will stay here.

Все понравилось, кроме одного момента. Отель находится в очень удобном месте. Минута ходьбы до трамвая, минут 15 до метро. Многие достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Мы и до Таксим пешком ходили спокойно. Комнаты маленькие, но это и не удивительно. Завтрак для 3 звезд неплохой, есть омлет, сыры, сладости, яйца, хлеб. Но вряд ли получится объесться. Заселили нас быстро, выселили тоже(выезд в 11 часов). Мы брали номер с балконом. Вечером очень шумно, люди в ресторанах внизу веселятся. Шумоизоляция плохая. Мы привыкли засыпать под шум, поэтому это для нас не было проблемой. Но если вы не привыкли, то берите беруши, тк до 23 часов минимум музыка и голоса. После мы уже всегда спали, так что не знаем во сколько гуляния заканчиваются. Теперь перейдем к главному НО. В последний вечер в 22:30 мы уже собирались хожиться спать, но вдруг почувствовали сильный запах гари. Уже были мысли о пожаре в отеле. Выглядываем на улицу, а там персонал отеля развел два костра зачем-то. Спустились и сказали, что дышать нечем в номере(весь дым прямиком к нам в номер летел). Оказалось,что эти костры вообще делает хозяин отеля…. Суть этого действия мы не поняли. Но из-за дыма и запаха могли ды спокойно отравиться. Радует, что еще не уснули и вышли на улицу.

Удобное месторасположение отеля в самом центре исторической части города, возле знаменитого парка Гюльхане. Очень приветливый, доброжелательный персонал. Управляющий Тимур, говорит на русском языке и всегда готов помочь гостям в любых вопросах, в том числе тех, которые не относятся к работе отеля. Завтрак проходит на терассе, расположенной на крыше отеля! Рекомендую для посещения!

Отель в центре, мы обошли пешком все основные достопримечательности Стамбула, все супер!!! номер уютный, принадлежности для душа, кондиционер, чайник в номере. Сытые, свежие завтраки на террасе. Организовали трансфер. Очень и очень вежливый , доброжелательный , гостеприимный персонал🤗 и отдельное огромное спасибо Тимуру за хорошее отношение и встречу 👍🏻

Великолепная гостиница. Все чисто, уютно, сделано со вкусом. Персонал вежливый и очень дружелюбный, особенно хочу отметить молодого человека( Тимура), который регистрирует постояльцев и распределяет по номерам. Спасибо вам огромное за все.
Отель отвечает всем необходимым требованиям для полноценного отдыха.
К уборке нареканий не было. Еда вкусная, разнообразная.
Кроме того, приятно удивил бесплатный вай-фай с хорошей скоростью. Обязательно вернусь в Эвсен еще раз.

Самым главным критерием было месторасположение и чистый не убитый номер. И отель Эвсен был 100% попаданием 🔥у нас был приличный по размерам номер на 5 этаже , с окнами во двор, так как если на улицу будет очень шумно из- за большого количества заведений. Хотя изначально хотели номер с балконом , но там окна на улицу. Месторасположение просто супер, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Дворец Топкапы 7 минут пешком ровно медленный шагом, Айя София и Султанахмет минут 10-15. Новая мечеть с видом на Босфор 10 минут. Много магазинчиков с любыми товарами , кафешек, уличной еды. Персонал русскоговорящий, всегда поможет.

Всем привет! Отдыхали в отеле в мае, 10 ночей.( До этого были ранее 4 раза в Стамбуле, есть с чем сравнить) У отеля отличное расположение! Рядом парк Гюльхане, Площадь Султанахмет, Дворец Топкапы, Мечеть Сулеймание, Магазины, Кафе, обменники. До Галатского моста 10 мин., там же пристань Эминеню - отправная точка ко всем районам Стамбула! В самом отеле - очень красивый ресепшен, много интересных деталей, приятная уютная атмосфера. Вас встретит приветливый персонал (Все сотрудники отеля очень доброжелательные, отзывчивые, помогают с любыми вопросами), заселение проходит оперативно. Есть русскоязычный сотрудник, в лице Тимура, посоветует, поможет в решении любых вопросов, очень доброжелательный, профессионал своего дела. Первые впечатления от отеля начинаются с ресепшен, а персонал - это лицо отеля, в этом плане 10 из 10 :). Номера чистые, вся техника работала хорошо, все 10 дней, никаких нареканий! Уборка хорошая, полотенца, постельное белье - белые, чистые, опрятные. Так же хочется отметить завтраки! Разнообразные, вкусные ( всегда свежие овощи, фрукты, салаты, оливки, маслины, много видов сыров, яйцо( в нескольких вариациях приготовления, картошка, блинчики, запеканки, разнообразная выпечка, чай, кофе, соки). В общем однозначно рекомендую данный отель!

Хочется поделиться со всеми о нашем отдыхе! Вернулись два дня назад и не откладывая решила написать. Отель очень понравился. Расположение супер! Очень чистенько в номерах, правда маленькие, но это не испортило общее впечатление. Всем сотрудникам большое спасибо. Но очень хочется поблагодарить отдельно Тимура, за его общение, за его неравнодушное отношение к работе. Это очень ценно. Бронируйте отель и останетесь довольными. Хорошего отдыха!

Отличный уютный отель❤️ Приехали с Узбекистана на 4 дня. Отличный персонал! Первый раз вижу таких воспитанные доброжелательных людей ❤️ отличные завтраки , чистота в номерах , хорошие кондиционеры. Большое спасибо! Единственное хотелось бы побольше российских каналов 😄

Неплохой отель в центра Стамбула, с террасы виден Топкапы, до которого идти пешком 3 минуты, до Ай Софии и Базили 4 минуты пешком, в принципе мы когда отдыхали везде ходили пешком, крайне редко пользовались такси и метро.
В отеле неплохие завтраки, которые позволяют подкрепиться перед долгими путешествиями по старому городу) номера хорошие, чистые. Единственное не советую селится в 2 номера на первом этаже у которых нет окон, ибо в них вам будет душно, темно и мало места, в остальном отель хороший. Отдельно хочется сказать про персонал, все приветливые и отзывчивые, всегда придут на помощь, некоторые говорят по русски. И если будете жить в старом городе, то обязательно посетите Рэд Райверс, очень атмосферное место)

Хороший отель. Чисто, уютно, а самое главное, хорошее месторасположение т.к. он находится в районе Фатих где многочисленные достопримечательности. Хорошие администраторы, среде них и русскоговорящий, зовут его Тимур. Тимур поможет вам и подскажет на любые ваши вопросы. Всем хорошего отдыха.
