Dirty, very dirty. There are foreign odors in the room, repairs are required, there is no choice for breakfast: they just bring packages to the room, it takes a very long time to wait for the elevator

Positive:
Large rooms, beautiful view from the window (17th floor), polite, helpful staff, location close to interchanges, well fed, nimble Wi-Fi.
Minuses:
Bad, dirty beach, small balcony, near a construction site, no channels in Russian, small Parking

There is no private beach. To the city beach (dirty, without sun beds and amenities) 1 hour on foot. In the morning there is a transfer from the hotel to the beach. Free. This is a plus. Give a towel and a bottle of water.
The room is large. BUT! IN two weeks, we were cleaned only 3 times (for a family room for 7 people) and then the cleaning was only after our numerous requests.
It was also difficult to call it cleaning. Two times out of three they just came and made the bed and spread the dirt on the floor. As a result, 1 time in 2 weeks was cleaned well.
There was no declared stove in the room. From pasuda for seven people:
2 glasses, 2 mugs, 4 plates, 4 forks. Everything!!!
We had to buy dishes so that at least all family members could drink tea at the same time, and not in turn.
The breakfasts are terrible. There's nothing to eat.
As a result, how much we spent on food and on the beach (we went to a paid beach where there are at least some conditions), for the same money we could stay in a good five-star hotel with its own beach and three meals a day.
