We passed by this exchanger on the first day of arrival in Tbilisi, we noticed a good exchange rate, then it turned out that it was one of the most profitable in the city. The same information was given to us by the guide with whom we subsequently went to Kakheti. Therefore, it was here that rubles were exchanged for lari. They counted everything for us on a calculating machine, they didn't cheat us by a single "penny". Recommend 👍
