I came for a COMPLEX coloring , before that, when I signed up, I clarified the COMPLEX for LONG hair , they said we'll do everything well , I come and explain what I want, show them a photo from their portfolio, the work of their master, they tell me everything is fine, we'll do it.
We did absolutely substandard work , absolutely different , completely different , we agreed to redo it , I come and ask the master can you do what I want ? The master says no. Question: why didn't you initially tell me when I showed you what I wanted that you couldn't do it, you didn't have to torture yourself or me, the master chose a different path. We chose what we were going to do, and she said that she would TRY to do it, I'm going to attach pictures of what happened, first I wanted a balayage, that's what we have balayage, the second is that we have a stretch

There are some untrue reviews here. The administrator, like the masters themselves, has no knowledge of their employees and cannot answer basic questions about their work experience. We signed up for a master for complex hair coloring (balayage). The hair had an ideal substrate from the previous coloring, the roots grew back, they came to update and make a balayage. As a result, the hair was simply dyed bald and spotted all over the canvas, the blonde turned red, and the master could not comment on it in any way, apparently this is how they see the perfect coloring. They agreed to repaint and fix this situation, the master could only offer to do a stretch (which was also performed strangely, poorly and absolutely did not look like a proper stretch), during the drying process, the same bald brown spots were clearly visible along the entire length of the hair, which had not been observed before. To these remarks, the master said that I didn't even dye there at all (sorry, but didn't you touch your hair at all and just pretended that you were smearing it with air?) Further, the master simply refused to comment on the situation and stood looking in the other direction or somewhere else, just not to answer the question and not to be responsible for his work. This is what they think perfect coloring balayage or stretching looks like.

I visit the salon regularly. I go to the master Evgenia G. For a haircut, painting. It was October 15th, and Evgenia gave me a full complex. Haircut, painting and grooming. The hair looks great after two weeks. They shine, fit easily and keep their shape, I recommend it. She also advised a home care complex that she purchased from them.

We have always been attracted by the price/quality ratio and customer loyalty. When visiting, we always considered the discounted price, as if I took the cream code as a regular customer. Now your administrator has changed, and along with this, the payment terms have completely changed. Now, to get a discount, I need to take the code or pay the full price. The administrator says such instructions and, in general, everything works out for him on equal terms now. Is it really impossible to make a customer base for the entire existence of the salon, noting those who have been coming to you every month for several years! I rarely leave negative reviews, nowadays it is not a problem to find a master in another place, but the position of the salon management is unclear!

Having visited this institution more than once and left an amount of 500 Belarusian rubles there, I can say that the quality of services provided: manicure, pedicure and keratin straightening is at the lowest level.
I wish you wouldn't lose your money and repeat my mistakes. The masters of this procedure are completely uninformed. The masters say that the procedure lasts from 6 months to 1 year, but the owner says that only up to 3 months. Thus, they misled me. After 3 procedures, there was absolutely no effect.
Therefore, be sure to read reviews about the institution first, and only then spend money there😉

Hello, I visited the salon last month.

Since I'm not a picky customer, at first glance everything seemed fine.
I did a manicure and a long-term coating with a pair of cream nails.(Like Master Yang)
So the build-up is terrible.
Especially when the nails industry is a bit.
A piece of the build-up fell off immediately the next morning.
From the second nail the next day. As a result, minus two nails in the first two days.
The nails are not sawn from the inside. A week later, all the buildup fell off.
I was dissatisfied.
Of course, I understand that this is cream, but the price is far from 20p, but a lot more.
