I ordered a yacht rental in honor of my birthday. On the very day of the holiday, it began to rain, and there was a storm at sea. After 40 minutes of the trip, the yacht began to fill with water, including us. We were not allowed to take shelter in the cabin, and it was also not possible to find out the plan of further actions, because the accompanying team certainly does not speak English. After explaining on our fingers that this could not go on and we wanted to return, we were taken ashore.
Of course, none of the operators from their agents tried to help us solve the problem, referring - they wanted to go back, so we will not refund the money.
Separately, it is worth noting the manner of interaction with customers - it simply does not exist.

Terrible company. We took a tour in pomukkale from them. The description on the site does not correspond to reality. breakfast was supposed to be included, but as it turned out on the spot, no. In order to devote more time to the attraction itself, rather than a couple of hours, we were taken shopping with supposedly things that we would not buy anywhere else, but in fact it is all sold at local markets 5-10 times cheaper. It's a shame that more than 2 hours were spent on this, and not on the tour. As a result, they did not have time to visit the museum on the territory and the place of the crucifixion. The tour itself was very cursory, we were literally driven to the places for photos and that's it…

The information on the site does not correspond to reality, especially with regard to the tour to Cappadocia, they took a cave hotel, it turned out to be completely different from the one on the site, and very very far from the specified hotels (absolutely in another place, in another city) and from the observation rooms, neither the manager nor the guide answered the questions of which hotel even 2 hours before check-in, we found out about it during the transfer, when we were driving alone for an hour through the woods (without a Russian guide and other tourists) with a strange driver who answered all questions in English "I'm the driver here, don't ask unnecessary questions" and was annoyed. The manager answered reluctantly, could not help in any way, did not know the name of the hotel, even when we were already being taken to an unknown destination. I didn't know the guide's number. Total stress.
The tour itself and the hotel were good.
UPD: when the manager saw a negative review, she drove instead of apologizing... Mdaa
By the way, on an excursion to the basin canyon, they bring you to the wrong place at all

going to Cappadocia, everyone said that there would be no cave hotel, but the excursion mania allegedly had one. As a result, at the entrance for 15 hours on the way, they report that there is nothing)) just an ordinary hotel. Although they were warned that we would not go at all if there was no hotel in the cave.
Bottom line:
Just to sell your services and that's it.

We ordered a sightseeing tour of Istanbul. I called and clarified everything. Since after the surgery on her leg, she asked if she would definitely not have to walk a lot. "Specialist" Natalia replied that the tour was by bus, only sometimes you will need to get out. In fact, you will just wander aimlessly around the city.
For the price of a full divorce, $ 50 per person, actually pay 50€. Immediately after payment, the "specialist" will ignore you and not respond to the message. The service is in Turkish. At the expense of the guide, while we stood outside for more than half an hour in the heat of +35 in the shade, we watched which guides drove up to the groups. They hardly speak Russian, one actually drove up really "on fun." We were still relatively lucky, at least he spoke Russian well and was sober. Right in front of us, in the process, I found out what kind of tour there would be. Everything that was told to us absolutely did not correspond to historical events. I could have told you more and more plausibly.
Do not spend 50 euros per person to climb the Galata Tower and walk along Istiklal Street, you can do it for free and you will not feel like a fool who was bribed for money.

I do not recommend it!!!
We went on an excursion to Tazy Canyon with Excursion Mania, a terrible trip. I'll start from the beginning, what they have painted so beautifully on the site is not true, don't get fooled by it! I quote: "While we are heading towards the canyon, your guide will tell you amazing things about the locals, about the peculiarities of the local culture and about the canyon itself." In fact, the driver arrived, he is a type of "guide", did not tell anything, silently brought him to the so-called base. The weather was bad, as it turned out, it had already been raining for 3 days and the agency knew about it, and they didn't even warn us to take raincoats and didn't give us anything themselves.
After the bus, we were transferred to a car where instead of glass, a film that rises when we were driving, there was a heavy downpour, then hail began, it was terribly cold, 2 children with us, the youngest is 7 years old.No one warned about the weather, almost everyone came in shorts, dresses, flip-flops, we dressed warmer, but we never thought that everything would be so bad.
The website says: "After lunch, we will move on to the second part of the route, where you will decide what to entertain yourself with." This is rafting or the old town of Selge. But because most people were frozen, some refused to go anywhere at all.
The daughter froze and she and her husband and other tourists who refused to go stayed at the base to warm themselves by the stove.My son and I decided to go to Selga and of course again no stories from the guide, we drove in silence, we were not fed before the trip to Selga as indicated, i.e. we ate after all the excursions in the late afternoon.
We were brought to the observation deck, we took pictures in 2 minutes and drove on, the final stop was Selga, we saw the amphitheater, but there was nothing much to do, we took pictures in 2 minutes and that's IT!!! There were no fragments of the fortress walls, city gates and much more that were indicated on the site!
I think that incompetent employees work in this company and if a company that respects itself and cares about its rating would at least apologize, because most of what should not have happened, or canceled the tour because of pogo

I DON'T RECOMMEND IT. We took 2 tours - rafting and Cappadocia for two days. After the first rafting tour, where the organization left much to be desired, Hope remained for Cappadocia. But in the end, out of 6 historical places to visit, half of them are all kinds of tourist shops. Instead of a comfortable bus and a Russian guide, there is a so-so bus and a non-Russian-speaking guide. The cherry on the cake is 3.5 hours late on arrival. Save money and time 🤢
