I rate the hotel at a confident 5 stars — it fully justifies the price/quality ratio. We had stayed at a Radisson before, and to be honest, there were a lot more questions there, especially for the money.
There was no luxury here, of course, but everything you needed was perfect: the room was clean, check-in was quick, Wi-Fi and TV were working smoothly, all appliances were in perfect order. The plumbing is chipped, the clothes dryer is working.
The hotel has a small gym, sauna and swimming pool. There were minor questions about the cleanliness of the pool and the surrounding area, but we didn't really need it.
Excellent location — close to bus stops (including to the airport), a taxi arrives in just a couple of minutes. There is a supermarket, a variety of cafes and even a Starbucks within walking distance.
One of the disadvantages was poor sound insulation, and sounds could be heard from the hallway and neighboring rooms, but this did not cause much discomfort.
Tea, coffee, sugar, water (two 0.5 l bottles) and a kettle are all provided in the room. Cleaning was offered every day, which is a separate plus.
Overall, a pleasant, comfortable hotel with a good location is an ideal option for a comfortable stay without unnecessary overpayments.

Not an expensive hotel, in a good location. You can spend a couple of nights, the service is normal, it's easy to find a taxi, if it's cheaper, then there's a bus stop nearby. Wi-Fi is buggy sometimes, but the speed is normal.
