Due to the abnormal version of Windows, the update center gave an error and could not install the necessary updates, not to mention that the laptop began to work slower than before contacting the wizard. After being asked to install the correct licensed version, the wizard requested a repeat payment. I had to contact another wizard to fix everything and install the licensed system.
