Terrible attitude towards customers. I'm calling to make an appointment, they take turns talking. They don't tell you by phone how many cars are in line. They say come. When you arrive, you always pay lip service for 2.5-3 hours, although visually there is no queue. When asked which car is the latest, the answer is: "we won't wash you."

Terrible attitude towards the client! We have an appointment, we don't schedule another shift for tomorrow. The next day at 8 a.m. they do not receive or record, they respond to us on a first-come, first-served basis. I'm the first in line not accepted because no one came to work on time.
