I was amazed — the director should put his brains in, but no, do you know what the director said? "The car is not mine until I arrive," but do I have any additional time to wait for any directors? No, I just left, I hope they will have fewer and fewer clients every day because with this approach they cannot be trusted with clients.

On April 6, 2025, the employees were clearly celebrating something right at the workplace, because they reeked of alcohol, their gait was uncertain, and their reaction to questions was slow (if it would be interesting to the head of the organization, then the recording from video cameras would help). I hope something will change for the better, but so far there is no desire to even drive nearby)

I took the VIP complex: the salon was not vacuumed everywhere, there was small debris in the cup holders, the plastic door cards were also not completely washed (perhaps they were not touched at all), and there were streaks on the windows. The price list indicates cleaning of glasses and plastic with special tools. I stood watching the cleaner, just wiped everything with a rag without using chemicals. The blackening of the tires is also indicated in the price list and no one touched them. The vacuum cleaner was made only under the rubber mats, under the seat it feels like no one has touched it. As a result, the payment was demanded by a receipt, to which the employee said "I do not know how to write out" "I do not have a receipt tape."

I decided to stop by...and my surprise: the owner changed, light was added, since it used to be dark, like in the basement (, the administrator met, clarified everything and after 10 minutes I drove in, ordered a complex for 25+ skin conditioner and Wow 30-40 minutes and everything was clean, neat, even surprised that the administrator inspected the car and only then he said it was ready.
