Never and ever use this service. They are horrible. I waited almost 2 hours for a desert (which was already prepared) from a cafe 2km afar. Delivery tracking does not work. Tech support and currier lie about the status of the delivery. They promised for it to be delivered "in 10 minutes" four times in a row. Deleted the app, and will never use it again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered kfc for the amount of 150 thousand and provided the address. Then the order was canceled and the money was debited. We called and asked what it was, and they said that the courier couldn't reach you and you received a push notification. We hung up the phone and after that we just received a push notification. We said give us the courier's number and we'll make an agreement with him. They said the order has been canceled and nothing can be changed. It would be fine if the money was returned, they refused to even return the money. I have been ordering for several years and this is the strangest case. Then they told us where our food was, and they said it had been disposed of. As a result, support just hung up.

Do not order from Express24 (owned by Yandex), I ordered a pizza and it was brought to me in a generally not appetizing form (I attach the photo below). We wanted to fix this bug for a 15% discount, LOL.
Changes: They returned the money for the pizza.
Don't order anything from Express24(Yandex owns this company). My order arrive like in the photo below. And support gave me just 15% discount for next order. LOL

Express 24 does not respect customers!
I often order breakfast at Taras Shevchenko's Sociales via Express24. Today is March 8th. I wanted to please my wife and daughters with a delicious favorite breakfast from Sociales. I made an order via Express 24 at 9:00 a.m. in advance (the day before delivery) and was calm. Everything is according to plan. But what was my surprise when at 8:20 a.m. I got a call from Express 24 and was informed that today Sociales on Taras Shevchenko does not accept Express24 orders, as they have few ingredients. And instead of enjoying the wonderful service from the wonderful companies Sociales and Express24 at home in the warmth, these two companies asked me to go to Sociales myself. I was not lazy. I went. By the way, the wind is strong outside and the weather is generally so-so. I ordered it without any problems. All dishes are available. The ingredients are all there. Only, for some reason, there is no respect for customers and what is expected for such a high cost of service. That's why you mock your customers so much, and even on such a holiday. You reduce your reputation and revenue by yourself. Next time, I will think 10 times before ordering something at Express 24. After all, you have no confidence. In your reliability.
