The hotel is tolerable. Three stars for the location. As for cleanliness and the level of breakfast - two stars. The staff is friendly and welcoming, not for a long check-in.

The location is convenient, the staff is friendly. The view of the botanical garden from the upper floors is pleasing)

The carpet is dirty, the furniture is old, the walls are stained. Clean bed linen. The hotel needs urgent repairs.
