I was traveling on 03/01/2026 to Minsk at 15.30 from Shklov. Even without a jacket, I drove for 2.5 hours, like in a sauna. When asked to make the cabin a little cooler, the driver replied that he himself was suffering from the heat, but could do nothing. Upon arrival in Minsk, the driver did not give the change to the passengers. Instead of 27 rubles, he actually charged 30 rubles for the trip, referring to the fact that he did not have any change. I used this service for the first time. I'm not going with them anymore.

We got from Shklov to Minsk in the Shklov-Minsk minibus on 30.11 (departure at 14.30 from Shklov. The driver was a cad, he answered all the questions reluctantly, in a rude manner. I didn't help put the bags in the luggage compartment. There were many passengers in Shklov, and the driver, not allowing people to find empty seats and take them, began demanding payment for the fare. During the flight, I stopped for a smoke break for 10 minutes, and after 10 minutes, without checking if everything was in place, I got behind the wheel and started driving. Upon arrival in Minsk, the driver did not even get out of the car to help the passengers pick up their luggage. This is the first time I've encountered this!

I ordered a minibus Orsha-Gorki, the minibus was supposed to arrive at Korobeynik at 7:07, as a result, I arrived at 7:22. We drove to the Hills for more than 2 hours. The fuel freezes, the car jerks all the way, stalls. Of course, I understand everything, winter can happen, BUT gas stations have non-freezing fuel, and they pour it into the tank without knowing what, and if it's really hard to add kerosene, or I don't know if 5 liters should be brought into the house to pour warm water, people are freezing while waiting for a minibus, it's terribly cold in the minibus itself. No one apologized, nothing was done, no one returned the money, they did not go to the academy, they were dropped off near 2 schools. And it would be fine if it was the first time, so no. Thank you very much, if you understand that you will be driving for a long time, that everything is so bad, call, warn and give another vehicle that you will ride comfortably, and not freeze all the way!!! I would like them to hear and do something about it, and not "forget" about such situations.
