Hello everyone I decided to write about my "unforgettable" experience with this lamb and perhaps warn people against such situations. I have booked a tour to Strasbourg for myself and a friend on 13.12.2024 with departure at 23:50 from Prague. After booking, I received confirmation and details of the meeting by email. But as soon as we arrived at the specified address, there was no one there. No one answered calls, messages or any means of communication, they just dropped calls and turned on the "snowflake mode"😄 Therefore, I strongly advise against using the services of these people if you do not want to stand in the cold for an hour at night waiting for a miracle. They didn't lie here - the impression is unforgettable😄 I have not seen such a punitive attitude anywhere, even though I have been traveling for a very long time. I attach a photo of communication with these comrades so that they know, as they say, the heroes in person😄

Awful. There is no organization and no respect for people. Firstly, questions and messages are answered for a long time- for days (I booked in advance!!!! I asked them to clarify if there would be such a thing that at the last moment I would have to look for another travel agent - they confirmed the relevance of the reservation). Secondly, they just ruined my vacation. They knew that I had only been in Prague for 2 days and wanted to visit another remote attraction.By asking in advance which day is more convenient for them (since they were offered 2 days to choose from) I booked a trip and bought tickets to another attraction the next day with peace of mind. At 12 o'clock in the morning!!!!! They just wrote to me that someone there refused to travel, so we won't take you. As a result, I didn't sleep half the night because I was waiting for an answer from them. And then I was looking for another travel agent. The question is, why was I canceled? Am I a redhead? They did not want to solve the issue in any way (look for a place, negotiate) a huge joint on their part. Which they didn't even apologize for.!!!! Do not contact this organization

We came to Prague for a short time, it was decided to go on an excursion to Vienna so that the rest would be complete. We purposefully ordered the tour even before arrival, on the website. We found out everything from the manager by phone, it is immediately clear that we are interested in customers, we told them everything in detail, and did not deny and did not hurry, just to sell. Therefore, when we arrived in Prague, I was no longer worried. It's a long way indeed, fortunately the guide got a good one, his name was Vladimir, he talked about the history of the country all the way, it's interesting. I would like to express my gratitude to your entire company for such work. More grateful customers for you.
