I haven't been to the store personally, but there was a pleasant female voice on the phone. They arrived quickly. They asked for contactless delivery, as they are temporarily self-isolating with her husband. The package with the order was even sealed, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for your help in choosing and for meeting the customer halfway!
