We chose a difficult path, explaining to the ignorant what real Italian cuisine is - good luck in this fight. Not everyone likes it, like carbonara without cream. And did you think why everyone started adding cream to carbonara? Because they're finished? No, because it tastes better that way. But you have your own way, classic traditions, I respect. It's just not tasty for me personally.
Caesar without pop crackers and cherry tomatoes. Only lettuce leaves, chicken confit and hardcore! It's cool when confit was stewed in an interesting delicious sauce and managed to keep its attractive shape (a roll, at least). But when it looks like chicken stew from a tin can, tastes like chicken stew from a tin can, smells like chicken stew from a tin can - it's not tasty, personally for me.
This coffee is delicious! The staff is friendly.

I was passing by and decided to try Italian cuisine in Kazakhstan. Of the carpaccio and Alfredo pasta, the most delicious was a piece of focaccia as a compliment. Salmon carpaccio: sliced lightly salted with ribbons, Carl! fish. Alfredo has beechamel sauce. Well, the cherry on the cake is half a cup of change change when calculating cash… The staff is good (but not at the calculation), they pour water. Mango passion fruit lemonade is still good.

We visited your restaurant today, and unfortunately our experience was not exactly what we expected (I was really looking forward to the opening).
I ordered tomato soup with seafood, and something crunched in the first spoonful, perhaps a poorly peeled shrimp. I didn't like the edamame beans in the soup either — they add neither flavor nor texture, and look superfluous (why are they there?).
Next, pizza. It seems that good products were used, and the pizza is close to the Neapolitan style, but it turned out to be too overexposed. The ham was burnt - the pizza was not finished , the taste of burnt pizza is " worse than bad." I told the waiter about this, and he seems to have passed it on to pizzaiolo, but apparently burnt pizza is considered the norm in your restaurant - there is zero reaction.
Finally, baby pasta with cheese. My daughter ate almost nothing, saying that there was too much cheese. Children often prefer simpler flavors, and this dish was clearly overloaded with cheese (I tried it, I didn't like it either).
The service is also lame, but I'm sure that the guys will gain experience (try) or teach them the basics of restaurant service. The waiter on the phone is at least strange.
