On February 22, I gave the ski for routine maintenance - I took a package for 10,000 tenge (stripping, polishing, paraffin). Nothing complicated, standard procedure. On February 23rd, I came to pick up my skis for the first time. I picked them up, came home and found that one of them had a serious dissection. This was not the case before the service. I came back - instead of a normal solution to the problem, I got 30 minutes of arguments with the master, who immediately began to assert that sooner or later it would have come out on its own and that they had nothing to do with it. No apologies, no attempts to calmly sort things out - just shifting responsibility. Later, other employees joined in - they behaved adequately, talked normally. But the situation became even more absurd: some person (either an employee or a friend of the staff) was drunk and tried to actively interfere in the conversation, defending the master and coming up with arguments literally (out of thin air). What kind of service level is this anyway? A client comes in with a problem, and he also has to argue with a drunk person. In the end, we agreed that they would seal my ski after all. I left it in the service again. On February 24, I picked up the ski again. At first glance, it seemed that everything was fine. But at home it turned out that the bundle was not completely sealed - the work was done carelessly. After that, I finally decided not to go back there. To be honest, I'm very disappointed. Instead of normal service, I got a ruined ski, wasted nerves and the feeling that the customer is always here (it's his own fault). For 10,000 tenge, I would like to receive high-quality service and respectful attitude, not disputes and unprofessionalism. I don't plan to contact you here anymore, and I don't recommend it to others.
