I am very pleased with visiting this hall. It has a great atmosphere, friendly staff and a wide range of equipment. I try to choose the time of the visit during the day, there are not many people. Very comfortable. I especially liked that the hall is clean, as well as all the equipment is in its place. There are also trainers in the gym who will always help if there is a question about setting up simulators. And very successfully, I bought a subscription for a year for the promotion. Extreme Gym is a place that, judging by the name, is aimed at those who are looking for serious and productive workouts, not just light fitness or SPA treatments. There is a very impressive arsenal of free weights here – dumbbells of all stripes, a variety of weights and pancakes, as well as a large number of squats and bench presses. A variety of strength simulators for all muscle groups allows you to work out the body with high quality. Most simulators are reliable, though not always the newest. 2. There is a real "working" atmosphere in the hall. There is no excessive pathos and glamour here, people come to train, not to show off their outfits. It motivates and helps you focus on your goals. You can often see experienced athletes, which is inspiring. 3. Professionalism of the staff (trainers): If you are looking for a personal trainer, then Extreme Gym is highly likely to find a specialist who really understands strength training, bodybuilding and powerlifting. They are often ready to give good advice even without formal training. 4. Accessibility: Subscription prices are often more affordable compared to large online clubs with a wide range of services, which makes it attractive for budget-friendly but effective training. 5. Flexible working hours: Many Extreme Gyms work late into the evening or have a convenient enough schedule to find time to train even with a busy schedule.

I visited this cool gym today, and I was greeted at the reception by a beautiful and friendly girl, who was very pleasant by the way, and she told me everything and explained the rules of behavior in the gym. The hall is clean and odorless, the toilet is clean, the shower is clean, the locker room is clean, Parking is at the bottom under the hall there is a shop very convenient 👍
