Lagman gravy is liquid and fat, the dough is not put enough. In short, not like before. We ordered fries, it's just not salty at all, they called and asked, they said we wouldn't salt them at all. If necessary, you can salt it yourself. It's strange to hear this for the first time. We'll put the sauce in a bowl and just pour it in, maybe we wanted it without ketchup. Actually, they put the sauce in a separate bowl.
