After coloring, when I arrived home, I noticed that Olga had painted over my jacket during coloring, and also found spots of "stripes" on the back of my head. I wrote to her on instagram direct (since we corresponded there on recording and coloring) and clarified whether this should be the case? She offered to somehow resolve the issue with the damaged item. Olga didn't even apologize, saying that it was my own fault, she wouldn't reimburse me, called me a hysterical woman and sent me to write a statement to the police and the tax service. Customer orientation is at zero. I do not recommend Master Olga.
It's a horror, this is the first time I've encountered such a boorish attitude.

The conditions were disgusting (at the time of the visit, the sink where they wash their hair was clogged), so I had to wait while the master bailed out the water with a bowl. As a result: 5 hours of wasted time, terrible hair color (dirty instead of white), tanned hair, money spent. If you want such a result, then you are definitely here!
