I was in this store, bought glasses, they said that they were only in the window and they were in good condition. The lighting wasn't very good there, I didn't see any scratches. After about 10 minutes, I returned to work, began to examine and saw a scratch right in the middle. I wrote on Instagram, they said come and replace it, but there is no more in this store, I asked if it was possible to make a replacement from another store, they simply replied no and did not respond anymore. The focus is clearly not on customers. Glasses are not the cheapest in Tashkent, but customer reaction is not important. This attitude was unpleasant.

I bought glasses in this store. I was wondering how long it would take me to return the glasses I bought if I realized that they didn't fit me, provided they were in exactly the same new condition. I asked the employee, to which she took out a sign that is not even visible when you are in the store, where it says "glasses and lenses are not exchangeable and non-refundable." It would be fine if it was visible immediately when entering the store, they hide this information. In addition, according to Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Consumer Protection", glasses can be returned 10 days after purchase. I voiced this information to the employee, to which she just smiled and shrugged her shoulders. Dear superiors, you either work according to the law of Uzbekistan, or you don't work at all. There is no other way. You have this sign exactly until a statement is written to the police and a complaint is filed with the consumer protection Society. It's better for you to review your fictional store rules yourself as soon as possible, than to clean it up with fines later.
