My wife and I went to the Showroom with a ready-made kitchen project and the intention to order. In response, promises were made: "we will send the payment today," "we will clarify tomorrow," "we will send it soon." Two days have passed. No billing, no call, not even a simple “sorry for the delay.” The usual breakfast feeding. A service of the “we don't care that you're a customer" level. We didn't come to “see the facades." We came with money and willingness to sign a contract. If this is what your approach looks like before payment, it's scary to imagine how you work after. That's it. We're gone. We'll take the money to a place where customers are respected. I don't recommend it to anyone who values time and nerves.
