They wanted to install windows in a new apartment building. Before we contacted the Window Factory, we tried two other options. In the first case, it was twice as expensive, in the second, they were fed breakfast and missed the deadline - they lasted until winter. After that, we found a Window Factory based on reviews. 1. Literally during the day, I was able to get all the details from them via messenger: a calculation according to my drawing, installation options, fittings, a sample contract (they were interested in the terms and payment procedure). 2. We planned two windows. One from the loggia to the facade, the other is a balcony block to the loggia, which has a large blind window to the floor without horizontal partitions. Since the fittings are imported for such dimensions, not everyone takes on such a window. Even with imported fittings, it turned out to have a budget price tag. Their craftsmen have already worked in our new building, they warned in advance that the windows would not enter the elevator and would be taken up to the 6th floor by stairs. All the estimates that they calculated, after completing the work, came together exactly to the penny without additional surcharges. 3. The production time is 3 weeks. My vacation was coming to an end, and the manager met me halfway - she called the production department and agreed to postpone the production and installation period a couple of days earlier. Clever girl. 4. In my case, it was necessary to make an opening in the wall and remove the heating battery. The company itself does not make openings, the cold weather hit and any emergency with a delay between dismantling under the opening and installing windows threatened to kill the plumbing. The company's specialists advised the contacts of a master who would make an opening for us. Both the dismantling of the wall and the installation of the window were done on time. After the previous windowing, I thought it was no longer possible. Well done. 5. I am satisfied with the installation quality. Additionally, there were jambs left by the developer on the facade - cracks that the company's craftsmen had sealed at the cost of a tube of silicone. In fact, we eliminated someone else's joint for free. Thank them very much for this. 6. According to the project, the balcony block could be closed with magnets from inside the loggia. Unfortunately, it turned out that one magnet was not enough - a large door could open under the influence of wind/ draft. The master adjusted to our time, brought another set of magnetic fittings. We only paid extra for the magnets, but he didn't charge us for installing the second magnet. It was a pleasure to work with the Window Factory at all stages, starting from correspondence in the messenger. Thank them very much. It's a pity that they only deal with windows. However, this company does not take out the garbage, we have to ask the installers separately to take it out. For health reasons, I am not allowed to lift anything heavy, and there is no one to help me carry out all these frames, etc. In general, the installers charged me 100 rubles for taking out the trash! 100 rubles, Karl! For taking the trash out of the entrance a couple of steps. Two men, damn it. No shame or conscience.
