Dear Sleep Factory , you are forcing me to write a negative review, we hope that you will respond and take action. We ordered a sofa from you with delivery to the Issyk-Kul region, Karakol. Our order was supposed to be delivered on June 16, but since there were no calls or notifications by the evening, we called ourselves and found out from the driver that the car in Kemin had broken down and the order might be 1 day late, we understood well and got into the situation. Today is June 19th and our sofa still hasn't been delivered to its destination.All these days, I've been in touch with your manager and driver, who provide "breakfasts". You lose your potential customers by your negligence at work.

We ordered a mattress and 2 orthopedic pillows with delivery for parents while in the Russian Federation. We promised to make delivery in 2 days. We did everything perfectly, only the orthopedic pillows were not brought and so we pulled the rubber for 10 days, fed breakfast, promises from parents, and I (the one who ordered it for parents) was ignored, calls were not answered, messages too. As a result, only 3 points. The mattress is great, the parents like it.
