We booked a table, the receptionist met us and began to tell us that we were falling off for 15 minutes and our table was removed from the reservation. We asked for another free table, there were a lot of them, but we were invited to sit at the entrance. And they immediately warned that we could only stay at the table until 9 o'clock, they say there is a time limit, although this was out of the question when booking a table. We left. Terrible service. Terrible staff

Good afternoon, I called in May 2022 to find out about the wedding in September (how much the event will cost, the approximate amount, how many guests can be accommodated, that is, standard questions). The receptionist spoke to me very politely on the phone. The tone was like, fuck off, you're not going to celebrate with us anyway. As a result, I definitely didn't have any information on the phone, they told me to come and find out everything. Before that, I called about 100 establishments and no one gave me such comments. Conclusions have been drawn. After a rude conversation on the phone with me, a representative (female) of this institution, I do not consider their restaurant as a place to celebrate a wedding, and naturally I will avoid this place and not advise others.

The first impression was better.
We tried to order a banquet for the wedding.
The maitre d' several times busily ran past for about 15 minutes, the waitress, whom we initially turned to, was extremely embarrassed and she reminded him several times that we were waiting. The young man also looked untidy - his shirt was unbuttoned, his jacket did not fit... It is very strange to see this in such establishments.
The consultation was also not the most pleasant, yet we came for a reason that was not the most mundane.. The phrase at the end, "we won't change anything for you," became a bold dot. Even if, for some incredible reason, you cannot combine the tables (although, celebrating a birthday some time ago, we saw a company at shifted tables, well, okay..), this can be voiced more tactfully.
In general, thanks to such employees, the institution ceased to exist for us.
Although, I repeat, the first impression was great, which is why we actually decided to celebrate the wedding in this place.

The choice of wine is huge - when ordering, the table is immediately cooled and served at the right temperature.
But the menu was a little upset - everything is quite standard, but I wanted more interesting dishes to come back here once again.
The duck is super!
But pork ribs are not very good. The sauce is too ketchupy or barbecue(

The only complaint is when you offer to replace the juice with some kind of fruit puree, then you need to warn that it costs 5 times more expensive than juice, and it's not delicious yet!

When I entered the establishment, I saw the girl at the counter for the first time and went to meet her so that she would show me where to go and take me to my comrades. When I entered, I saw that a man in a suit was standing next to the entrance inside the establishment and was busy with something on the phone. He started moving towards the girl as soon as I passed him, the girl deftly walked around me and went to the second floor with him. Okay, I thought, I'll figure it out somehow.. following them to the second floor, I hear a phrase from an adult:
- Let's skip the kid))
The "Kid" walked on, past them and also on the second floor where there is a huge space - I had no idea where to go and how to find my friends. After looking closely, I still saw my comrades. I asked them to order me pizza and sweet potatoes in advance, by the time I got to the table, the waiter was just finishing cutting the pizza. I sat down at the table, the waiter left as soon as he finished cutting the pizza and did not come back. The landing was not strong, there were no more than 5 occupied tables for the entire establishment.
Since I sat down at the table, not a single waiter came to us, I was not offered drinks and the menu was not brought, pizza and sweet potatoes were delicious.
What finished off the impression was the picture of two waitresses discussing our table with the receptionist, directly pointing a finger at us.
I had bad impressions of such service and staff behavior.
Thanks for saying goodbye at least.
I'm unlikely to come back here again.
