I signed up for a facial cleansing procedure of 11 stages, not knowing about possible contraindications. I was offered to do the cleaning using another method. The experience turned out to be extremely negative. Cosmetologist Svetlana was careless and rude in communication, did not pay attention to the analysis of my facial care, when asked to look at the price list, she pointed to the far table, instead of giving it to me here at the reception, hurried to start the procedure, although I arrived 10 minutes before the session. At first, I was attracted by the promotions and the stated prices for cleaning, but then it turned out that the total cost for the procedure would be much higher!! I am very disappointed with the level of medical care and the professionalism of the staff. I hope that the management will pay attention to this situation and improve the quality of service!
