A group of 6 people came to the establishment at 8 pm. All this time we were constantly ordering drinks and chatting quietly. At 10 minutes to 11, some arrogant employee appeared, who came up and literally said: "you need to leave the institution!". To my question, "for what reason?", he replied, "we have an event from 11:00, if you want to stay, pay, no, take your drinks and get out!". They politely asked us to finish what we ordered and leave, but we were offered to finish their drinks on the street. The only reason they didn't call the police was because they didn't want to waste time and spoil the mood further. Please respond to the administration. "Factori" is when, even before your turn, you hear "what are we going here", "where uh, I didn't miss", "give me your passport here", "if you don't like the couple, the exit is there", "you can turn around and go to the exit". They're just louts. Even before her turn, she took out her passport and unbuttoned her backpack. The passport was practically torn out of his hands, everything was turned upside down in his backpack. Thrice. And all this is accompanied by absolutely unnecessary rude comments. I understand that there is a need to create a safe space. But what we have now is a negative impression that spoils the atmosphere of the event. Since the first review, it has already been possible to have several conversations with the staff about the minimum politeness to their guests.

We, four girls, all aged twenty-six, immediately, in turn, began to provide documents. The guard was outrageously rude. He told the first girl he checked her documents with to go inside, she replied that she wanted to wait for her friends. Despite the fact that there were two people in the establishment, and there was no queue behind us, the guard snapped that she was bothering him, despite the fact that she had already moved away from us. Another girl refused to hand over her passport to the guard, she provided it in an expanded form in front of the guard, to which he rudely demanded to hand over the passport (namely: "then let's see you later") The second guard came up and also began to be rude. Please inform the staff that according to the Decree of the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko dated June 3, 2008 No. 294 "On documenting the population of the Republic of Belarus" only legal representatives have the right to have another person's passport with them. The security guard of the institution is not a legitimate representative of law enforcement agencies (or has not provided his documents), respectively, has no right to demand the transfer of identity documents into his own hands. Despite the fact that the organizer of the party tried to settle the conflict peacefully, the security of the institution was hostile: rude and arguing. We refused to go to the institution on principle, since such a service begins at the entrance.I ask you to take action against the security staff for unacceptable behavior.

There was no pandemonium at the party. I allegedly interfered with him. Further, when checking the documents from a friend, he did not pick them up. And at the next check, he began to insist that the document should be handed over to him, and if something does not like it, "then you can go, call wherever you want, etc." That is, the feeling in general is that we have come to relax, but we are clearly not welcome. It is a pity that such employees work in such a space, where so many cool events are held.

Well, after this conversation, I got something in the back that they won't miss me either. After that, I lost the desire to visit this place ever, and before it was one of my favorite nightclubs in Minsk.

We showed it from the post office, after which they let us through, but the third girl got angry and decided to find out why this attitude is if she shows her ticket through the same link, but through tg. We showed him her ticket through the mail, to which he replied that he would not let her in because he was not satisfied with the way she talked to him! There were no insults on our part. It's just that a man bought a ticket, and the guard not only behaves like a redneck, but also does not hesitate to push girls! The second guard simply refused to talk to us, the third wanted to talk to us, but the first took him aside, whispered something in his ear, after which the third also refused to talk to us.
