15.10.2025. We visited this spa. I really didn't like the way they treated us during the spa sessions. We have chosen a VIP program. When peeling was done, it was very rude and not careful treatment, as if they were not doing it to people, but to animals. I was almost hit on the head with a jug 2 times. They also sold the scrub. They applied it so that they scratched all the legs. They didn't want to change scobe to a different taste. I liked the massage. At the end of all the procedures, the administrator was told all the indignation about peeling, she did not react to it in any way.2 stars .

It's a pretty good spa. A variety of programs, convenient location. But there was not enough serviceability of the staff. The prices are slightly overpriced, so the requirements are higher.

Don't believe the reviews, my family and I are thrilled! Although, we were looking for a place to go beforehand, all our friends recommended this Hammam, and so we got into the reviews that just don't write ... changed our minds about going, continued the search, but unfortunately we didn't find anything worthwhile and decided to check it out ourselves. Everything was great, especially the massage🚀 The staff is very nice, the sauna is very clean, we are 100% charged! If you are looking for a hammam in Antalya, especially in winter, be sure to visit Falaise!
