A wonderful hotel. Quiet, clean, good large Parking, own restaurant (which is important especially in the morning, so as not to look for where to have breakfast before conquering the sights, cities and towns of Belarus). We ordered a room from Russia by phone, payment at the place with a MIR card. The price is very affordable compared to the rest of the places that were considered. The room is large, spacious and comfortable. Very convenient location near the road (important if traveling by car), but it does not interfere with sleeping, the room is quiet. There is a bus stop nearby, regular buses and minibuses run according to schedule (for those who know how to use them or want adventures). There is a large shopping mall nearby with everything you need if you need it. We will be happy to consider this hotel if we ever get together in Belarus again.

A great place to relax with the whole family. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Attentive waiters and administrators, the level of service is better than in establishments in the center of Minsk. Special thanks to the chefs for the delicious food, which is always on top. Lots of entertainment for children, live music in the evenings. There is a sauna with a swimming pool on site. A wedding for a large number of guests was also celebrated here. Everyone was satisfied and remembered the delicious banquet for a long time. The administrator Julia has been helping to organize the wedding for a long time and took into account all our wishes. I want to come back to this place again and again!

A cozy new hotel, located far from the center of Minsk, in nature. It takes 20-25 minutes by taxi.
One of the advantages. The rooms are clean, there is a refrigerator, cups, kettle and towels, shampoo bags. Excellent water pressure in the shower; there is a normal hair dryer, air conditioning in the room and a forced hood in the bathroom. The restaurant at the hotel has an amazing kunya, everything we ordered was very tasty, the menu is excellent, the selection is large. The territory is green, horses and a donkey graze nearby, trampolines and swings are on the lawn near the hotel. There are benches and an outdoor terrace under umbrellas. Lots of beautiful flowers. Of the cons. There are no bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, coffee and tea bags in the room. The water that was brought to the room was not in closed bottles, but in an open decanter without a lid. The water supply was not replenished anymore. The room has not been cleaned once in three days.

A cozy place, delicious pizza from the oven. The meat is also always well cooked, a designer serving. We love to visit with the whole family, celebrate family holidays. Children have the opportunity to frolic on the lawn swings, trampolines. The presence of a mini zoo is also a big plus. The staff is friendly, helpful and very caring, you feel like good friends.

A pleasant place. Very tasty pizza from the oven and a large selection of this dish. Prices are above average. A green and large area for walking. There are trampolines for kids in summer. There is also a donkey on the territory that can be fed.
Rooms for accommodation are located on the second floor. I did not use the services of the hotel, so I can only say about the kitchen and the territory.

Good afternoon! We celebrated the celebration on June 28, prepared a perfect buffet in the shade, set the table beautifully, the service was at the highest level, the territory was perfect, the children were happy to jump on a trampoline, run around the beautiful landscaped area.

Excellent rural atmosphere a stone's throw from the MKAD: nature, donkey horses, chickens, while everything is clean and tidy. At the epicenter of all this is the cozy falvarak hotel Kupala with delicious food (especially pizza, including pre-order takeaway) and courteous service. A good place to relax, comfortable beds, the rooms are quiet, you can't hear the neighbors, there is WI-Fi. There are trampolines for kids on the territory, a donkey pen (he loves apples very much). We visited this place for the first time.
We celebrated Mom's birthday with our family. There is plenty of space for children: a lawn to run, a donkey to feed, trampolines.
The kitchen is good, there is a choice, the portions are quite big. Good waiter service (Ivan, Vladimir), owned the menu, talked pleasantly, helped with the choice.
There is live music on the 2nd floor, loud, if you just want to chat, it's better to sit on the 1st floor.

A great hotel. It is made with great taste, it is clear that people thought. I took the simplest room, since only the overnight stay was important to me, I was surprised by the quality of the provided option.
An excellent shower with perfect pressure, perhaps someone will not like the lack of air conditioning, but the window and fan more than replace it even in hot weather. On the contrary, I don't like air conditioners, so it's a definite plus.

The restaurant is very good, the breakfast is not a buffet, but there are four options to choose from. I've tried everything - it's delicious and satisfying. The price is the same - 19.90 rubles.
The hotel is located next to the highways and the ring, but it is not noisy at all. View of the grassy lawns.
WiFi is excellent, TV with Internet support.

We stayed for 2 days when visiting Minsk. Excellent location, there is no city noise, there is a well-groomed area around with a Playground, sun loungers and tables. On the other hand, the city is just around the corner, the taxi was waiting for a maximum of 10 minutes.
The rooms are clean, the bed linen is new, the staff is friendly and helpful.
And I would like to highlight the EXCELLENT cuisine separately, I did not expect it, it is very tasty.

I chose the hotel in the price/quality segment and of course the reviews.
They declare themselves as a hotel, but in fact a guest house.
When checking in on July 22, 2024, the administrator did not say that the electricity would be turned off from 23:00 to 3:00! We found out about this upon returning from a walk at 22:20 from the guard-guard, who spread his hands and said, why didn't they tell you, I don't know. There was also noisy work inside the courtyard after 23:00.
The administrator works from 9:00 to 21:00, they also found out about this after the fact…
The room is clean, but if you stay for more than 2 days, you will be surprised that the garbage is not taken out, the bed is not cleaned, as you need to hang a sign that is not in the room! The water did not go well in the shower, they asked to clean it, but alas. They put one white towel, and the other like a rag. Of the bathroom accessories there were: liquid soap and one bag of shampoo and shower gel per day for each. They didn't put anything on the second day. We went for the t/b ourselves and took out the garbage ourselves.
Of the other items stated in the description of the room, there was nothing!!!
Special thanks to the waitress who served on July 23 at breakfast and sincerely felt that we had to take a shower 30 minutes before the lights went out, etc. She reported this to the management and we were not charged for the order (two coffees and a cheesecake).
Knowing about these night jobs, the management should have notified the residents and included breakfast for everyone at the expense of the guest house, but alas, they did not think of such an apology.
We had lunch at the restaurant at the guest house and were satisfied. Everything is very tasty.

This is an absolutely incredible place! We were accommodated late at night, and in the morning, waking up from the rays of the sun, I saw a beautiful green area with beautiful ponies and a donkey! It was a miracle) I would like to tell you about the room separately. Perfectly neat, with a pleasant smell of novelty and cleanliness, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the first day we went to have breakfast in the center of Minsk, and then we didn't have time and decided to have breakfast in the hotel cafe! God, how I regret that I lost this pleasure on the first day! I still remember this delicious porridge, delicious pancakes, dessert... We are so impressed that we still remember this pure taste! One of the significant advantages is that the hotel is located near the center of Minsk. The advantages can be listed endlessly... I'm lactose and gluten intolerant, why don't restaurants make one offer to choose from every day for people who can't eat gluten-free dairy products. A wedding was held in Falvarka on 07.09.2024 for 50 people.
I'll start with the pros since there are more of them:
+ THE STAFF, thanks to Irina, the manager, for her interest in her work, a very pleasant, polite and likeable girl, was in touch before the wedding on all issues and during the wedding itself. The waiters during the wedding were also as attentive and polite as possible.
+ THE KITCHEN is very tasty, all the guests were delighted. There was a lot of food, varied seth Kupalovsky justified himself 100%. The price also included a banquet and a cake (we ordered the trifles), we also really liked it, the guests did not even immediately believe that these were not custom-made trifles, but made on the spot. Plus, we were additionally allowed to bring our own cake, provided a table for the design. Another plus is that the guests and the young did not need to collect food after the banquet, the waiters did it carefully, put the food in the refrigerators and we had a great opportunity to pick it up the morning after the wedding, and not immediately drag it home.
+ ALCOHOL, we did not have a cork fee, a huge plus, it seems to me you can't even argue here!
+ DRINKS, there were very tasty morsels, it seems there were two types of them, which were also provided by falvarok. Tea and coffee and water were provided unlimited. You could also bring your own drinks.
+ THE PLAYGROUND, the hall is large, for 50 guests we not only comfortably placed 5 tables + a table for young people, but also were able to dance comfortably. We were also provided with: a side street for a buffet and check-in with an arch, tables and umbrellas, tables were also provided for the photo zone; a room where you could place things for contractors, young people, and leave gifts. The room was provided for a day, so if desired, you could stay overnight for young or 2 very tired guests. In the hall, wreaths of dried flowers and twigs hung on the wall, which unfortunately did not fit into the style of the wedding, they were also removed without any problems. Without any questions or problems, an area was also provided for the installation of dry fountains, photo booths, as well as the necessary equipment for holding a buffet (extension cords, microphones, speakers).
+ THE location is very good, as close as possible to the city, but at the same time it is no longer a city; the noise from the road is not particularly audible; a lot of greenery, a donkey is a separate love; there were no problems with a taxi, they called a taxi to the tractor plant closer to 12 at night, the cost for Grushevka was 10p, the wait was not long minutes 5-8.
+ CHILDREN, we had few children at the wedding, but I would like to note that there is a separate menu for them; depending on the age, the cost per child also varied; there is a playground not big, but still good; in summer and early autumn there are trampolines.
+ MUSIC, according to the conditions, we were allowed to play loud music until 23.30, since the hotel part is located behind the wall, but there were no problems about the fact that the music was playing somewhere until 10 minutes to eleven.
Before pointing out the disadvantages, I would like to clarify that almost all of them we discovered for ourselves after the wedding. The impression of the fake, the staff and the wedding did not spoil these disadvantages for us and, in general, did not have a strong significance for us after the fact.
- cold hot, unfortunately this problem was, it did not play a role in the taste of the food, the meat and vegetables were very tasty.
- various vegetables are mostly hot, perhaps this is the feature of the hottest, and in general it is not a minus, it's just an interesting observation that some plates had champignons, and some did not, the guests did not understand.
- we almost forgot our cake, because it was in another refrigerator and the guys from the banquet part probably didn't know where it was.
- we did not immediately find the lids from the trifles, we bought the cups for trifles, in connection with the policy of the institution (not a minus), and they had lids for the convenience of guests. But, unfortunately, the caps were immediately placed somewhere separately and could not be found, so some guests had to pick up the trifles without caps.
- bonbonnieres, we had 50 guests, bonbonnieres gave 55 pieces to the site. Unfortunately, the extra 5 did not return to us, but we remembered about it a week after the wedding. Also, some bonbonniers that were on the tables at the time of cleaning, at the end of the evening, disappeared from the tables, so a couple of guests were left without a gift.
- also, some snacks from the tables were not given away after the wedding, specifically: bruschettes and an appetizer in the form of herring under a fur coat (I really wanted to try it, but it didn't fit at the wedding).
To sum up, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Falvarka team for the work done, love for their work and professionalism. Since all the advantages that I listed above completely and even more covered the disadvantages that were at the end. I would like to say that these disadvantages are not a negative review, but just notes to the guys for the future.

Very tasty food, and fruits, which were fresh and delicious ...... Pizza, this is generally a separate story, we have not eaten anywhere so delicious. Pizza is really from a wood-fired oven, because it is felt in the taste - a slight smell of smoke, you can not cook this in an electric oven!
