The only place in Davitashen that opens as early as at 9 am on Sundays. So it’s good. The food is all right. Don’t expect great food there (their avocado was as hard has wood and their tomato omelette is mediocre). But it’s a good place to eat something and talk when other places are not available.

Good options for lunch and dessert. The salads are our favorite. Reasonable prices, but not many places to sit. Best for take away.

It hurts to put such an assessment on this place. I've been coming here for several years now. Initially, it was a place with a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere and a wonderful variety of food. And now, although the food is still delicious, unfortunately, almost every visit is inconvenient. And it's not even about the crush at the counter and the cash register - there have always been problems with the layout, rearrangements have occurred many times, but the problem has not been solved so far. I put up with it, and I think the other visitors do too. After all, the food is delicious, and the pastries are divine - you will tolerate the crush for this.
The main disadvantage for me now is exhausted employees, whose face says that they have not been on vacation for 100 years and customers' questions about the composition of dishes and prices got them to the edge. They answer with such a sour look, there is a feeling that if you dare to answer the second question, you will simply be sent. But these same employees a couple of years ago were mega-friendly and ready to help and answer all questions. In this regard, an appeal to the cafe management: let the employees rest and finally put the price tags! The employee at the distribution should be friendly, then customers will not crowd at the counter trying to figure out the dishes on their own.
Another problem: it is unclear which dishes are by weight, and which are by portion. Sometimes you stand and watch as a whole mountain is silently imposed on you, and then you hear: "is that enough?" To your question about the portion, they answer that it is by weight, and you have to ask to remove 80% of the imposed. You think you have understood the principle, and you ask to put a little bit of another dish, to which you are answered with the same sour face that only a whole portion can be given. You no longer dare to ask the price of a portion, so all your further actions are a risk.
Dirty trays also leave a rather unpleasant impression: all stained and wet. It is unpleasant for squeamish people to take them in their hands. Of course, if you sit on the ground floor, then you can carry plates of food without a tray from the cash register to the table in a couple of approaches, but you will not go to the 2nd floor without a tray. I have to use dirty ones. And you will most likely want to go to the 2nd floor, because there is loud music on the ground floor and all 3 tables are often occupied. But on the 2nd floor, unfortunately, it is quite cold (especially sitting on plastic chairs), but it is quiet.
I still don't understand why there is no skirting board - it feels like the 2nd floor is still under renovation. It's elementary: there should be a skirting board between the floor and the wall, you can't just leave an untidy gap there. I look at it every time and wonder. Otherwise, the interior is very pleasant, lots of live plants, beautiful mirrors, funny pumpkins, light and cozy.
I am writing this review in the hope that the management will see and take action, because it has already hurt, I love Family very much and wish it prosperity. Their pastries are excellent, especially all kinds of eclairs, honey cake, bird's milk, napoleons - you can overeat with this, but still want more.

Our favorite family institution, and what kind of pastries are there! I'm ready to sing odes to baklava))), it was taken off the baking sheet right in front of us, very tasty baklava. We had breakfast, had lunch there, everything is always fresh, there are a lot of people, the locals eat there, so it's really delicious!! I wish prosperity to this institution! Great place! We will be happy to get back to you!

My favorite place in Davtashen. Every time I come here, I am happy because there is delicious homemade food and fresh pastries. You can take it with you or eat in the restaurant: the second floor is very cozy and there is always an empty table.

Nice place, clean and beautiful internet. The prices are not bad when compared with other cafes.
Raspberry cake is not bad, moderately sweet, but there is a minus, butter cream. This combination is strange... And it's annoying if you have to ask every price. The price should be on every bluejay. I don't want to waste time asking what it costs. Thank you. The stewed eggplant and chicken wings were delicious!

Familish: bakery and a little coffee shop
Cakes, pastries and even various sandwiches are made here. It can be seen that the institution works more on orders for the holidays. But no one bothers to come here and sit with a croissant over a cup of coffee. If you are staying in OVIR, you can easily have a snack here.

They took Americano. Bitter, not very pleasant. I will assume that a mixture of Arabica and robusta from any store. No choice of grain, of course. But the price is also appropriate. But the eclair was magical, with custard, as it should be.

Typical Armenian eclecticism. Fresh flowers mixed with artificial ones. There is a certain carelessness in everything. But it looks nice, you can definitely go in once.

A TV with a music channel is playing loudly in the corner of the hall. They play popular hits mixed with Armenian music. But it's too loud, it's completely unclear why.
Toilet: 7
One booth, for three tables is quite ok. It's not very cozy inside, for some reason there is no seat. In general, it will be good to finish a little bit, but for now it's like this.

It was a great place. Everything was delicious and the work of the staff was excellent. There was also a guy there all the time, like a manager, he talked to many clients. He's not there right now. Maybe it got so bad because of his leaving. Now everything has become without a soul and without smiles. The staff is inattentive and the food began to seem tasteless. Both we and our friends stopped walking.
