My favorite clinic in Astana. We go with the whole family . You can make an appointment in advance and choose a time convenient for everyone. It is clean, cozy, and pleases the cafe with a good set of ready meals and a pharmacy with a full range)

Excellent clinic, good specialists. Convenient parking and check-in, buffet, pharmacy inside. Bright, cozy rooms. The only drawback is there is no elevator, it is not very convenient with a stroller.

They gave blood to a child, stuck a needle in and picked inside looking for a vein. The child screams and cries, and the nurse continues to search for a vein. When asked to pull out the needle, she continued to search with the needle. Poor blood collection, there is no vein scanner and something else. No more naked in this lab and maybe a clinic.

I'm doing electrophoresis for a child here. The physiotherapist is a very pleasant woman, she will always tell you, tell you and just cheer you up. The clinic itself is clean, there are no people in the corridors, there is a mini cafe. The staff at the entrance is friendly, nimble and competent. Separately, I want to allocate parking in the courtyard, it is very convenient.

Клиника шикарна во всем, персонал очень вежливый, позвонят, напомнят, подскажут. Приятно посетить клинику, несмотря немного дороговато для простого человека, но обслуживание все перекрывает.

Мне не понравился сервис в этой клинике. Еще очень дорого, и переплачиваешь за каждый шаг. Я заплатил за справку 072 30 тыс. тенге. Еще и попросили прийти в 9 утра к врачу, который оказывается в 9.40 только придет, но и в 9.40 у него тоже запись. И при том, что ставят такие цены, не могут обеспечить элементарного сервиса - могли бы хотя бы маски давать бесплатно, клиника все таки, даже в кафешках где без масок не пускают так делают. Так как без масок не пускают, отправляют покупать в их аптеку.

Отличная клиника! Но в кабинетах холодно, деткам не комфортно на осмотре и большой риск заболеть малышам, разогретого ребенка для осмотра приходится раздевать в холоде!
