I would like to thank the #1 family polyclinic for its excellent service and patient care. Real professionals who are attentive to each person work here. Doctors are always polite, explain appointments in detail and are ready to help. The appointment is convenient, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere in the clinic is comfortable.

My visit to the family polyclinic number 1 left me with not the most pleasant impressions. From the very beginning, I felt an atmosphere that had not been updated for a long time — everything inside seemed outdated and insufficiently modern. The equipment that was used also raised doubts about its effectiveness and safety.
Although the clinic has recently switched to using computers, they still continue to take notes and take notes on paper, which seems to be an archaic and inefficient way to manage data. This is reminiscent of the days of Soviet medicine, which does not cause confidence in the quality of services.
Due to all these disadvantages, I cannot recommend this clinic for visiting. The best option would be to contact paid clinics where modern equipment is used and high-quality service is provided. As a result, my visit left me with a feeling of disappointment and a desire to look for alternative medical facilities.

Well, the polyclinic is the best, because from childhood, and it could have been better, there is no genicology, they transferred to another, it is very inconvenient, the analysis was done by intermed, it's great, although the prices are normal, but our nurses were removed, they were excellent!
