After arrival, we were settled in a terrible-dirty-smoky room, there was a window, but it looked out into the space between the walls with a glazed roof.
After talking with the administrator, the room was changed to a clean and spacious one, with real windows)))), of which there were a lot.
The location of the hotel is just wonderful, everything is within walking distance.

This hotel is deceiving customers. On various far-fetched pretexts, he cancels the reservation on the eve of arrival if he sees that he can sell the room more expensive. That is, quite consciously, the hotel allows overbooking, and then exposes extra customers to the street. Before contacting them, read the reviews on the Internet. Not the ones that booking companies post on their websites, but real, angry ones. Because of this hotel, many people, including me, almost lost their vacation. If you don't want a spoiled holiday, avoid the Sirkeci Family Hotel.
