A coupon system that almost doesn't work, but they don't let you in without it. When we went to the doctor (dentist), he was just lying on his chair and didn't even bother to ask us why we went to him, to be honest, the staff just don't give a damn about you. It is simply not possible to take tests, only twice a week and from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., if you come at 7:10, then the test tubes will not remain. The queue is simply unbearable, everyone in the same room is pregnant, parents with children, the sick, the elderly. You can do a lot better for the people, if only everyone would like to work and not just sit out at work.
