There is no intercom in the entrances, the entrance is free. The yard still hasn 't been finished , and there aren 't even any employees . The residents themselves are pleasant, they help , the guards are pleasant, they always say hello, the air is clean, there is a kindergarten and a school nearby, the traffic jam is unrealistic in the morning, we drive at least 40 minutes to Kazakhfilm . I do not recommend you to buy an apartment or rent in this residential complex.
