The only negative, but it applies more to products, is that of all the pens they offer (for 1.90, 2.60 and 3.40), the most unreliable turned out to be the most expensive (stopped writing after a week), and the cheapest, on the contrary, copes very well.

I will add 2 stars for the pleasant interior of the store. My dissatisfaction is related to the sensational albums and stickers. The album can be ordered even in the online store (with difficulty), which I did. And here are the stickers - please come to the store. I asked on the phone this morning, are there any stickers? There is, there is. I arrived in the evening, spent 1.5 hours on the road - there are no stickers. When will they be here? No one knows anything! What is this supposed to mean? Why do I need this album if there's nothing to put in it?! There are big questions not only about the store itself, where employees do not have any information, but also about the office, where they allegedly ignore demand and supply the product in small batches (the stickers flew apart, in fact, in the evening and morning).
