Extremely negative experience. The doctor conducts treatment without prior X-rays, does not explain the treatment plan and its stages, does not coordinate actions with the patient. The work is carried out in violation of medical protocols, which eventually led to a deterioration in the condition of the teeth. I would like to note separately that payment via the terminal is not accepted, only in cash. It seems that this is done intentionally, so that in the future the patient would not have evidence and the opportunity to defend his rights. After the teeth were actually damaged, they demanded additional payment from me, accompanied by threats, rudeness and swearing. The doctor does not assume any responsibility for the result. I consider such behavior unprofessional and unacceptable. I do not recommend contacting this specialist if you value your health, safety and respectful attitude.
