The girl arrived there without even apologizing when she found the package, although she proved to me for half an hour that there was no parcel to my number. The boorish attitude is just to the customers. When I asked for a complaint book, the book was not there as usual, and the bosses are not there either, as I understand it, since they sent me to complain to Tashkent. Dear management of the post office, please pay attention to whom you hire, they do not know how to talk to clients or resolve conflict situations. I've been using your mail for a long time, but lately situations with lost parcels or delays have been repeated very often and no one even apologizes for it.
