Well, except for salads for pilaf like shakorob. As for the Osh pilaf from Uzgen rice itself, I have not tried pilaf better yet. Although I had eaten pilaf before in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan, but in Karakol and Bishkek.
