It is located in the center of Tsakhkadzor, very close to delicious restaurants. We came to ski, close to the hill, you can easily call a taxi. The hotel staff is friendly, they speak Russian well. They asked for a kettle, and immediately brought it. Clear. We were ready to do the cleaning every day. And we don't need to so often. In general, they immediately respond to any request. Thank you very much.

Awful. These are 2 stars with their own characteristics. Declared 4. There is no water pressure in the shower, hot water is not always available. Heating is not even turned on at the request, there was a crypt in the room. There is no drinking water, like buy it. They even save on the light on the stairs, you can break your legs, but they turn it off to save money. They don't say hello at the reception Armenian style, excuse me, gentlemen, with respect to the Arameans, but it was a mess

Clean, neat. It's a very small room, just very. It looks bigger in the photo. In fact, I put my suitcase down and the room ended. One of the disadvantages is leaky towels. They are clean, but the holes in the number of stars in the hotel are upsetting. And the coffee at breakfast is only instant, but this is rather a feature, as it has been seen in other hotels.

We really liked this hotel. Helpful and pleasant staff! Delicious breakfast! The rooms are clean! Everything is at the highest level. If I go to Tsakhkadzor again, I will choose the same hotel and the same room I was in.

And so, everything is in order. I liked everything, but there are nuances. For example, a shower and a walk-in shower. The shower hose needs to be changed, it flows from the hose more than from the shower. I don't want to sleep on such a thing. Parking is paid. The entire building has central heating and air conditioning, but it is turned off. There are a lot of switches in the rooms that don't do anything, it's strange. We didn't take lunch, I don't know how it is. The manager is super!! there was a problem with the guests, everything was quickly resolved. The location of the hotel is very good. In 40 seconds on foot, you can walk to the main square. There is a TV (9 channels, not enough for a hotel) and a refrigerator.
