I absolutely do not like the service and work of the staff of this pharmacy. I think that RUE Pharmacy needs to take a closer look at these employees and their quality of customer service. judging by the answers and communication of the employee, they do not know or understand how to talk. for example, the expectation of gratitude after the purchase was answered: "I don't have to thank you, you didn't come to the store." any employee in the field of trade and services is obliged to tell the client who came in "hello, thank you, goodbye." thank you for the fact that a person found the time, the strength, the money to come and buy your product from you, if of course you want it to come further to you. the pharmacy management does not know or understand how to train staff in ethics of behavior with a client. In general, Frunze has been experiencing a degrading trend in customer service in recent years. they asked about eye drops, which are better for farsightedness, the employee's answer: do you know that there are no such drops? (makes a humiliating remark to the client), they asked which ones are there? there are supposedly universal ones. as a result, I sold drops that should not be dripped with this disease. when a mongrel is taken by a major, her roof blows off and she begins to look down on all people, considering them servants. the main criterion for recruiting staff in trade and services is not only education, quality qualifications, life experience, but most importantly, NOT CONFLICT, the ability to smooth them out, but if the employee himself behaves like this and creates conflicts out of the blue, he should be fired
