I bought a vocal subscription from him. During the lessons, it turned out that the platform is constantly buggy and crashes. That's why the lessons were always 10-15 minutes shorter. I contacted the managers with this problem, but did not receive a response.
Next, I had 2 classes left, and the managers started calling me after hours, after 18:00 (the evidence is there and was sent to school representatives), thereby discouraging any desire to continue the lesson.
Recently, the manager at what's app contacted me, where he asked if I would continue my classes, to which I told about late calls and constant system glitches. And instead of solving this problem, the manager started saying how bad I was, and they were good and took care of me (calling after hours), when asked what we would do with the platform glitches, I was told that my classes were canceled, and no one would work with me anymore. For me, this is an unacceptable attitude for such money!
